The Waldron Wins: Bloomington's Best Art & Entertainment Attraction Award for 2008

Pamela Keech, Ed Vande Sande and Marc Tschida accept the Best Art/Entertainment Attraction Award at the 2008 Hospitality Awards luncheon. The ceremony was held at the Convention and Visitors Bureau facility on 5/16/2008.

This is the second year in a row the The Waldron has been honored by the CVB as an outstanding arts tourism venue. We are deeply honored by this award and recommit our efforts to being the best multi-disciplinary arts venue in the region.

Morgan County Added to BAAC Service Area

The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) has announced a modification to the regional boundaries of two of its 12 regional service areas.

Within the next few months Morgan County will join Brown, Greene, Lawrence, Monroe and Owen counties making up the IAC’s Region 8 service area. Previously, Morgan County had been part of Region 7, which includes Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion and Shelby counties.
